Florham Park-based Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP recently welcomed two new attorneys to its firm — Daniel Brownstein and John Clyne, Jr. Previously, both attorneys worked at Clyne Brownstein Law, P.A.
Brownstein, a partner at the firm, and Clyne, of counsel, will focus their practices on Estate, Gift and Charitable Planning and Tax Planning. Brownstein has experience in commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and financings. Clyne has experience in estate and tax mitigation planning, counseling on compensation planning and representing estates, trusts and beneficiaries.
SPSK Managing Partner, John Ursin, commented that “we are very pleased to welcome John and Dan. They are sophisticated attorneys with a wealth of experience. In making the decision to join SPSK, I was most impressed by the fact that they were more focused on what was best for Clyne Brownstein clients rather than themselves. Their decision to bring the Clyne Brownstein practice and client to Schenk Price is a significant compliment. I know their clients will benefit from working with a full-service law firm. We look forward to working with John and Dan and their clients.”
