Completed by Denholtz Properties in 1972, Rahway Plaza is a 288-unit high-rise apartment building located at 1181 Main Street a few blocks from downtown Rahway.

Residents enjoy one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private terraces and independently controlled heat and air conditioning. Additionally, a champion-size swimming pool, on-site parking, and laundry facilities offer in-demand conveniences right outside residents’ doors.

“Our long-standing PILOT agreement with the City of Rahway has enabled us to maintain Rahway Plaza as an affordable housing option for the community for many years,” Steven Denholtz, chairman of Denholtz Properties said. “This extension ensures that hundreds of residents will continue to have access to quality, affordable homes just steps from downtown Rahway.”
