Appco Pharma LLC. leased 27,356 square feet at 262 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway, according to a Tuesday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp.
Steve Bussel president of BRC represented the landlord, Richards & Robbins, in the transaction. The tenant was represented in-house.
“This expansion by Appco Pharma, a current tenant in 262 Old New Brunswick Road, was ideal for its growth plans,” Bussel noted. “It was a pleasure to work with Richards & Robbins in completing this transaction.”
262 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway is a 140,000-square-foot industrial property located in close proximity to I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 22-foot ceiling heights, 14 tailboards, +/-4,000-square-foot offices, wet sprinklers, 400 to 600 amps of power, ample parking and sits on 8.6 acres.
