Hackensack Meridian Ambulatory Care has signed an 8,122-square-foot lease at the Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building located at 360 Essex Street in Hackensack, bringing the property to full occupancy.
Each party represented itself in the transaction.
Hackensack Meridian Ambulatory Care is an important component of Hackensack Meridian Health. The network has 18 hospitals and more than 500 patient care locations, which include ambulatory care centers, surgery centers, home health services, long-term care and assisted living communities, ambulance services, lifesaving air medical transportation, rehabilitation centers, urgent care centers, physician practice locations, and a fitness and wellness center.
Completed in 2002, the Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building, situated directly across from Hackensack University Medical Center, has been a vital part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network for over two decades.
During its time in the space, the health care network has steadily expanded its presence. Hackensack Meridian Health now occupies the entire office portion of the building and joins Starbucks, Bank of America and BITE Food & Coffee Co. as tenants within the retail portion.
“Our success over the past 80 years has been driven by our long-term ownership strategy and our commitment to building strong relationships with our tenants,” Carolina Gutierrez, manager of Leasing and Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said. We are proud to continue our relationship with Hackensack Meridian Health and are confident that this space will remain a key part of their continued growth for years to come.”
