Mike Corridon named president of ACG New Jersey

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New Jersey Chapter appointed Mike Corridon as its new president.

Corridon, the chief financial officer of United Window & Door, has been an ACG NJ member since 2013 and joined the Advisory Board in 2018. He previously served as co-sponsorship chair and treasurer. He now steps into the chapter’s top role, focusing on sustainable growth, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional value to members and sponsors.

“I’m honored to be entrusted by my fellow Advisory Board members with this role,” Corridon said. “The organization has had a dramatic positive impact on my career and life. I’m looking forward to giving back and continuing to expand the reputation of ACG as the organization of choice for New Jersey professionals of all backgrounds to expand their networks and nurture their careers.”

Under Corridon’s leadership, ACG NJ will spotlight member stories, highlight the Advisory Board’s expertise and leverage more national resources to enhance local benefits. The focus will be on delivering greater membership value through engaging speakers, exceptional content and more impactful sponsorship opportunities.

Prior to his role at United Window & Door, Corridon served 20-plus-years as an adjunct professor in the MBA Program at Rutgers Business School, where he worked with more than 1,000 students in nearly 200 business consulting engagements.

Corridon’s presidency marks a pivotal moment for ACG NJ. He said three strategic priorities are on the agenda for 2025:

  • Elevating Member Engagement: Enhancing programs such as breakfast meetings, quarterly forums, NextGen activities and Women of Leadership events to offer dynamic opportunities for professional growth.
  • Expanding Value Through Partnerships: Strengthening connections with the national organization and fostering collaboration with regional chapters, guided by regional CEO Christy Dancause and regional board members Annie Devine and Blake Balsamo.
  • Building Sustainable Growth: Developing sponsorship opportunities and innovative marketing strategies with CMA, ACG NJ’s marketing partner.

Corridon expressed his appreciation to MJ Jolda, Principal at CMO + Company, for her leadership as past president and ongoing contributions to ACG-NJ. He also shared his excitement about working alongside the Executive Committee, which includes J. Michael Fischer, managing director at DBD Investment Bank, as Vice President and Christian Amato, president at CMA, as Treasurer.
