Vericon Construction Company has purchased 20 Commerce Street, a 7,000-square-foot industrial building in Springfield, for $1,880,000, Bussel Realty Corp announced Monday.

BRC Executive VP Gregory Irving represented the seller, Fortress Group LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was represented by NAI Dileo Bram.
The property, which features 14-foot ceilings, 25-car parking, and sits on 0.78 acres near the Garden State Parkway, Route 22, I-78, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport.
