Florham Park-based Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP recently announced that Frank Kontely III has joined the firm as partner.
Kontely joins as part of the Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Practice Groups. His practice is concentrated in defending individuals and insurance carriers, both in and out of the courtroom. He will focus his practice on construction, premises liability, personal injury, environmental and toxic tort, and contractual/insurance coverage issues. He has significant experience in risk transfer, contractual indemnification, additional insurance, and excess insurance issues.
