Saiber LLC launches new Family Law Practice, welcomes Attorney Stacey Cozewith

Saiber LLC has launched a new Family Law practice. With a commitment to expanding its offerings to better serve its clients and community, Saiber is now providing skilled legal services in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony negotiations and equitable distribution.

As part of this expansion, the Florham Park-based law firm has welcomed Stacey Cozewith as a member of the Firm. A seasoned family law attorney with over 20 years of experience, Cozewith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the new practice. Prior to joining Saiber, she spent two decades at a respected boutique family law firm, where she represented individuals and families in complex and sensitive family law matters.

“We are excited to launch our Family Law practice and to have Stacey Cozewith on board to lead this new chapter for the Firm,” Nino Coviello, co-managing partner of Saiber said. “Stacey’s extensive experience and dedication to her clients will be invaluable as we expand our capabilities in this area. We believe that offering family law services will complement and enhance our other practice areas, including our estate planning and administration practice, and allows us to better meet the evolving needs of our clients and community.”

Cozewith’s practice will focus on a full spectrum of family law matters, providing compassionate and results-driven representation to clients navigating sensitive issues such as divorce, child custody, alimony negotiations and more.

“I am incredibly excited to join Saiber and contribute to the Firm’s continued growth,” Cozewith said. “Saiber’s strong reputation, rich history, and dedication to providing high-quality legal services make it an ideal place for me to expand my practice. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to offer exceptional family law services and to help our clients navigate some of the most challenging time in their lives.”

The launch of the Family Law practice represents an exciting milestone for Saiber as it continues to grow and diversify its offerings to meet the evolving needs of its clients. Saiber celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2025, and by combining its strong history of legal excellence with the addition of experienced professionals like Cozewith, the Firm is well-positioned to make a significant impact in family law.
