FirstService Residential welcomes the Whittingham HOA in Monroe to its Portfolio

FirstService Residential started providing full-service property management services to the Whittingham Homeowners Association in Monroe Township.

“We proudly welcome Greenbriar at Whittingham to the FirstService family,” Michael Mendillo, president, FirstService Residential said. “We are honored to partner with the board to successfully navigate the community’s future and offer an unmatched resident experience.”

Greenbriar offers its residents many recreational amenities, including a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with a billiard room, a ballroom, and an exercise room, an indoor pool, an on-site restaurant, and golf course. It also features an outdoor pool, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts, outdoor shuffleboard, and a golf course for those who enjoy the great outdoors.

“When our board decided to transition from self-management to professional management, we anticipated potential challenges. However, with FirstService Residential, the transition was seamless and exceeded all expectations,” Tom Clark, president, Whittingham Homeowners Association said. “By switching to professional management and leveraging their accounting and human resource departments, we were able to immediately recognize significant cost savings in our first year and we anticipate achieving even greater cost savings in 2025. Their team demonstrated expertise, efficiency, and a deep understanding of our community’s needs.”

“It has been our pleasure to begin serving the community’s needs,” Ted Gammon, senior vice president, FirstService Residential, added. “The community had been self-managed since inception, and then the board sought a management partner with extensive resources and forward-thinking solutions to best position the community for long-term success.”
