The UPS Store signed an 1,826-square-foot retail lease at The Bridgewater Shops, a 41,589-square-foot shopping center located at 1300 Prince Rodgers Boulevard in Bridgewater, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI James E. Hanson.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the owner, 1329 Bridgewater MGMT LLC and RIPCO Real Estate represented the tenant.
The UPS Store is the largest franchise system of retail shipping, postal, print and business service centers in the United States. 1300 Prince Rodgers Boulevard provides The UPS Store with a strategic, centralized location while expanding its reach. The new location is expected to open in the spring of 2025.
The Bridgewater Shops is a 41,589-square-foot retail center situated just off Interstate 287 with convenient access to Routes 22 and 202, as well as several nearby retail and office complexes including Somerset Corporate Center, Bridgewater Commons and The Village at Bridgewater Commons.
Team Lizzack-Horning negotiated the $8.2M sale of The Bridgewater Shops in March 2024 and currently serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
“Retailers today, from local shops to international franchises, continue to seek well-located shopping centers like The Bridgewater Shops when looking to open or expand their businesses,” Lizzack said. “We are thrilled to welcome an in-demand tenant to this property and wish them all the best as they prepare to open.”
