The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. has leased 14,000 square feet to Castle & Brothers Logistics at 410 Allen Street in Elizabeth, a 67,000-square-foot industrial building.
Castle & Brothers Logistics Limited Liability Partnership is an active interstate freight carrier based out of Morristown.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of BRC represented the landlord, S&H Development, and the tenant in the transaction. The Metz Industrial Group is currently marketing 24,500 square feet of industrial space available at the property.
