Inspira Health recently appointed Ruth Bash to senior vice president and chief experience officer. Bash will be charged with leading the development and implementation of strategies, systems, and initiatives that enhance the overall health care experience at Inspira through her new executive role.
With nearly three decades of experience in health care and nonprofit management, Bash brings invaluable insights and skills to propel Inspira’s mission in providing compassionate care and keeping both employees and patients at the center of the organization.
As SVP & Chief Experience Officer, she will focus on patient and family engagement, workforce experience, quality improvements within clinical processes, and communication and advocacy for a high-quality patient experience on behalf of Inspira.

Bash serves on the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Institute for Women in Leadership and on the Board of Trustees of Matheny Medical and Educational Center. She is also a certified trainer for Crucial Conversations and High Reliability. In addition, Bash is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is immediate past Regent for the NJ-Northern Region.
