Larken Associates on Thursday announced it signed two medical office leases at Greenwich Commons located at 1 Greenwich Street in Stewartsville. Hunterdon Health has leased a 10,000-square-foot space and Tri County Care Management Organization leased a 10,217-square-foot space.
Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken Associates’ in-house brokerage division, represented the firm in the transaction with Hunterdon Health. In the transaction with Tri County CMO, JLL represented Larken Associates and CBRE represented the tenant.

The building boasts premium highway visibility and features a brick facade with full perimeter windows, a welcoming and professionally decorated lobby, two passenger elevators and 218 surface parking spaces.
