Coastal Suburban Supply & Distribution signed a long-term lease for a 41,000-square foot industrial facility at 735 Airport Road in Lakewood.
The lease, brokered by Colliers, supports the company’s operational expansion with a modern space that includes a two-story mezzanine and ample outdoor storage for decking, fencing, and railing products.
This lease represents a significant milestone for the company as it looks to support customer growth and operational expansion in a highly competitive market. This move to Lakewood was driven by the company’s need for a more functional space to support its expanding operations.
Doug Twyman, senior managing director at Colliers, represented the tenant in the transaction.
“The Lakewood market is incredibly tight with limited inventory, so finding the right space took time,” Twyman said.
Located at 735 Airport Road, once home to chicken and egg farms, the industrial facility provides Coastal Suburban with a state-of-the-art space in a prime location. This property will allow the company to streamline operations further and better meet the growing demands of its customer base.
