Three-buildling Matawan flex space trades

A Matawan flex space featuring three structures was recently sold in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky. The seller was represented by KBC Advisors.

Located at 2 Johnson Avenue, the property consists of two buildings designed for warehousing and another that offers office space, a showroom and a storage area. Combined, the three structures have 20,230 square feet of space. The spacious lot is 0.8 acres.

“Businesses are eager to acquire flex properties specifically because they provide more options for use,” Gross explains. “This particular location in Matawan is a perfect example. It had been used by a plumbing supply company, but it presents opportunities to do a wide range of different things. There really are very few limitations.”
