Bussel Realty Corp leases trio of small bay spaces in Carteret

The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, completed

Three transactions totaling 33,364 square feet recently closed in Carteret, according to a Tuesday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp.

Located at 1001 Roosevelt Ave., the Metz Industrial Group comprised of Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Ben Abbate, senior associate and James Friel, sales associate, of BRC represented the landlord, Seagis Property Group.

The Metz Industrial Group comprised of Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Ben Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate represented Seagis in the transactions which total 93,286 square feet of industrial property.

The following deals were closed or represented by BRC:

  • Renewal of Unit 2, 16,209 square feet to Nirwana Foods LLC;
  • Leased Unit 5, 11,845 square feet to American Exchange Apparel; and
  • Leased Unit 7, 5,310 square feet to South Valley Trading Company.

“It was a pleasure to work with our long-time client, Seagis Property Group, in closing these transactions as we continue to see strong demand for small bay industrial space,” Metz said. “With its ease of access to major roadways, the ports and New York City markets, 1001 Rosevelt Avenues attract users who need to service their clients in the New York Metro area. Currently, we are marketing one remaining available unit totaling 17,203 square feet at the property.”
