Rainone Coughlin Minchello LLC will be opening a new Somerset County office and announced that Peg Schaffer will join the firm as “of counsel,” and along with three attorneys of the Shain Schaffer Law Firm.
“We are thrilled to add the expertise and talent of Shain Schaffer’s lawyers to Rainone Coughlin Minchello,” Managing Partner Lou Rainone said. “The addition will allow us to better service our existing clients, while expanding our offering to the business community.”
Shain Schaffer, based in Bernardsville, has represented institutions in the financial, medical, and banking fields, as well as providing services to small businesses, corporations, and commercial real estate professionals.
