Casio America appoints Pamela Cosmillo General Manager Of Human Resources

Casio America, Inc. has appointed Pamela Cosmillo as the company’s new General Manager of Human Resources, effective January 2, 2025. With over 18 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, Cosmillo will lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, strengthen talent development programs and drive employee engagement.

Cosmillo joins Casio from Visual Lease, where she served as HR Director, driving workforce strategies that enhanced performance and engagement. Prior to that, she spent nine years at PENTAX Medical Americas, leading HR operations for the Americas, and previously held roles at LG Electronics, where she oversaw performance management and succession planning. Her expertise in organizational design, change management, and employee experience positions her as a key asset to Casio’s leadership team.

As General Manager of Human Resources, Cosmillo will work closely with Casio’s leadership to enhance HR strategies that support business growth while prioritizing employee well-being and professional development. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds certifications in organizational development, targeted selection facilitation, and leadership coaching.
