Genova Burns LLC announced that Sandra Bograd, Esq. has joined the firm as “Of Counsel,” bringing extensive expertise in insurance regulation, corporate governance, global compliance, and ethics.
Bograd, a faculty member at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, has held leadership roles in major financial institutions, including New York Life International, Bank of America, AIG, and Freddie Mac. Her experience spans regulatory development, anti-money laundering compliance, corporate ethics, and financial crime prevention.
