Palisade Capital Management, LP, an independent, woman-led, and majority woman-owned registered investment advisor managing approximately $4.1 billion in assets, has announced the promotion of Claudio Giurgiu, the firm’s chief technology officer, to equity partner. His elevation follows the 2023 promotion of eight employees to partner, further expanding the firm’s employee ownership.
Giurgiu, who joined Palisade in 2019 and became CTO in 2022, previously held multiple roles at Alphaserve Technologies, a leading managed services provider. His promotion underscores Palisade’s commitment to integrating top-tier technology and cybersecurity expertise into its investment operations.
