Saiber LLC has announced plans to relocate its headquarters this spring to 7 Giralda Farms in Madison, marking a major milestone as the firm celebrates its 75th anniversary.
The new 34,000-square-foot space on the third floor of 7 Giralda Farms will serve as the primary office for most of Saiber’s employees. Designed for modern collaboration and innovation, the office will feature spacious conference rooms, war rooms, a café, a wellness room, and more than 60 private offices, offering a productive and welcoming environment for both employees and clients.
“This move to our new space at 7 Giralda Farms is particularly special as we celebrate Saiber’s 75th anniversary,” said Nino Coviello, co-managing member. “We look forward to welcoming our clients, colleagues, and community to this incredible new space.”
The Giralda Farms campus provides additional amenities, including a cafeteria, fitness center, social lounge, disc golf course, walking paths, and an outdoor terrace. The office is easily accessible via major highways and is just minutes from downtown Madison, Chatham, and Morristown.
Co-Managing Member Jennine DiSomma emphasized the benefits of the new office layout: “Bringing all our attorneys and practice groups together on a single level fosters collaboration and strengthens relationships across the firm.”
Founded in 1950 in Newark, Saiber operated in Newark for nearly six decades before moving to Florham Park in 2009. The firm’s lease at 7 Giralda Farms begins in May.
