O’Brien Realty has been named as the sales director for Brant Point in Atlantic Highlands, according to a recent release from Red Bank-based Denholtz, the investment management firm of the homes.

The exclusive collection of 16 custom-designed single-family homes located on Sandy Hook Bay will welcome its first residents this winter.

“O’Brien Realty’s dedication to trust, loyalty, and delivering results makes them the perfect partner for Brant Point,” Steven Denholtz, chairman of Denholtz, said. “Brant Point represents years of hard work and vision, and we’re thrilled to welcome our future residents to experience its unique blend of coastal charm and modern luxury.”

Inspired by its breathtaking waterfront setting on Sandy Hook Bay, Brant Point captures the charm of waterfront living.
