Circulate NJ is pleased to announce that Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP has joined its growing coalition of more than 40 member organizations. The law firm’s membership strengthens Circulate NJ’s representation across all sectors of the logistics industry, including transportation, logistics, and distribution (TLD), which are critical to New Jersey’s supply chain. Members of the coalition include port workers, warehouses, retail developers, trucking companies, and more.

“If you’re seeking expertise on the legal complexities of New Jersey’s logistics industry, Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis has unparalleled experience,” said David Greek, chair of Circulate NJ and managing partner of Greek Real Estate Partners. “Their work, particularly in brownfield remediation, underscores their deep commitment to the logistics sector. We are thrilled to have them as part of our coalition.”

Founded in 1914, Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP has extensive knowledge of New Jersey’s business and legal landscape. The firm specializes in real estate, redevelopment, land use, and environmental law, with a particular focus on contaminated site remediation and brownfield cleanups.

“We are proud of Greenbaum’s long-standing role in New Jersey, especially in real estate and environmental law,” said Jack Fersko, co-chair of the Real Estate Department at Greenbaum. “The logistics industry is a vital contributor to our state’s success, and through Circulate NJ, we look forward to helping the public better understand the essential role it plays in driving New Jersey’s economy.”

Circulate NJ’s diverse membership is driving significant economic growth in communities across the state. According to data from the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development, the TLD industry:
