Flaster Greenberg has welcomed H. Matthew Taylor as a shareholder in its Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Taylor brings extensive experience in employment and commercial litigation, handling cases involving wage and hour disputes, contract issues, business torts, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and class action defense. Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.

Before joining Flaster Greenberg, Taylor spent nearly a decade at an AmLaw 100 firm. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University – Delaware Law School and his B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland – College Park.
Taylor will be based in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J. office.
