At the heart of holistic nursing is the philosophy of holism, which emphasizes the importance of understanding and meeting the needs of the whole individual. Weaving holistic care with Western medicine offers patients and families other options for healing.

Holistic nursing combines traditional nursing practice and theory with various complementary therapy modalities, including aromatherapy, touch therapy, guided imagery, music, energy therapy, meditation, breathwork, pet therapy, and harp therapy.

By taking a whole-person approach to patient care, integrative nursing addresses the spiritual, emotional, and physical concerns of each person.

How to Learn Resilience

The conference will take place on Wednesday, April 30, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Seasons, 655 Pascack Road in the Township of Washington, New Jersey.

The conference will explore ways to find connection and harmony in life and will include insightful workshops, meditation sessions, and networking opportunities. The event is designed to inspire and empower individuals on the journey toward balance and well-being.
