IOREBA annual ‘Developer’s Night’ includes panel on tariffs and taxes

The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its annual Developer’s Night from 5 to 9 p.m., Monday, March 31 at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, located at 100 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Teaneck.

The event will feature a panel discussion on “Tariffs and Taxes” with insights from leading commercial real estate professionals. Speakers include Alan Lambiase, director of sales and leasing at River Terminal Development, Kearny; Christopher Venezia, LSRP at ESA Environmental Consultants, Middlesex; and Wesley Wilcox, partner at G.S. Wilcox & Co. An additional panelist will be announced soon.

The evening will begin with a networking reception and cocktails from 5 to 6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and panel presentation from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The Teaneck Marriott, a 350-room hotel renovated in 2024, offers ample meeting space, including 21 rooms with a capacity for up to 2,150 attendees.

Registration is priced at $175 for members and $200 for non-members. IOREBA President Kurt Kalafsky (Aztec Corporation) highlighted the event’s significance, saying, “Developer’s Night is the highlight event of the year for the New Jersey commercial real estate industry, and the ‘Tariffs and Taxes’ topic is particularly timely.”
