Jane Simpson joins Lindabury as partner

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. welcomes Jane Simpson, Esq. as a partner in its Divorce & Family Law practice, based in the Westfield office.

With 30 years of experience in family law, Simpson specializes in resolving complex legal matters through strategic negotiation and advocacy. A certified mediator and parent coordinator, she helps families navigate disputes efficiently, prioritizing solutions over prolonged litigation.

Simpson has been an active leader in the legal community, serving as a Family Law Early Settlement Program panelist in Morris and Sussex counties, a Blue-Ribbon Panelist, and a member of The Barry Croland Family Law American Inn of Court. She has also contributed to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee and the Morris County Bar Association, where she co-chaired the Family Law Section.

A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, Simpson earned her Juris Doctor after completing her Bachelor of Arts at Bates College.
