NAI Mertz, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm conducting business throughout the United States and globally from its regional offices in Mount Laurel, greater Philadelphia, and northeastern Pennsylvania, announced that Sandro Randazzo has joined as a director specializing in industrial sales and leasing.
As Director at NAI Mertz, Sandro leverages extensive expertise in landlord/tenant and buyer/seller representation. He has more than a decade of experience working with diverse asset classes throughout the Philadelphia Metro, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Prior to joining NAI Mertz in 2025, Sandro held various senior roles, working directly with industrial and shopping center landlords. Notably, he founded and led the in-house leasing department for a prominent regional landlord, managing 8-million-square feet of multi-tenant industrial assets throughout southeast Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.
He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University.
