Integrity House adds two to board of trustees

Integrity House, a leading provider of substance use and mental health services in New Jersey, has appointed Melissa Daiek, CPA, PMP, and Dominick DiFalco to its Board of Trustees. Both will serve three-year terms, helping guide the organization’s mission to provide comprehensive addiction treatment, mental health care and recovery support.

Daiek is manager of knowledge management and user experience at KPMG, where she specializes in process optimization, project management and compliance education. Previously, she worked as a financial services tax accountant at Rothstein Kass, handling hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity funds before transitioning into learning and development. She has been a member of Integrity House’s finance committee for seven years.

DiFalco is chief strategy officer at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School, where he leads external relations, strategic initiatives and sustainability efforts. He previously served as chief strategy officer for KIPP Dallas-Fort Worth and managing director of development and planning for KIPP Texas Public Schools, overseeing board governance and large-scale fundraising campaigns. A Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner, he has deep family roots in Newark and a passion for community impact.

“We are thrilled to welcome Melissa and Dominick,” said Dr. Christine Baker, Ph.D., chairperson of the Integrity House Board of Trustees. “Their expertise and leadership will help us strengthen our programs and continue empowering individuals and families to achieve lasting recovery.”
