Acrisure, a global fintech leader specializing in insurance, reinsurance, payroll, benefits, cybersecurity and mortgage services, is consolidating several of its New Jersey offices into a centralized location at The Arbors @ Parsippany. The company has signed a 43,176-square-foot lease at 3 Sylvan Way, a newly renovated office campus owned by Onyx Equities.
Acrisure’s decision to relocate to The Arbors aligns with its ongoing expansion and commitment to providing a modern, collaborative workspace for its growing team. The company, which generates nearly $5 billion in annual revenue, employs approximately 800 professionals in New Jersey and more than 21,000 worldwide.
“Acrisure takes great pride in being a global fintech leader and trusted advisor to our clients,” said Michael Iannaconi, senior vice president of Acrisure’s East Division. “This move reinforces our commitment to innovation, collaboration and excellence in the industry, allowing us to grow and expand in a dynamic environment that benefits both our employees and clients.”
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Acrisure has rapidly expanded its portfolio of services by integrating human expertise with advanced artificial intelligence. The company has made headlines beyond the financial sector, most notably through its sponsorship of Acrisure Stadium, home to the NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Arbors @ Parsippany, a 60-acre office campus, has seen an influx of tenants following extensive renovations by Onyx Equities. The campus offers upgraded amenities, including a 5,200-square-foot fitness center, three cafés, state-of-the-art conference facilities, outdoor dining areas and recreational spaces. Employees also benefit from shuttle service to NJ Transit’s Morris Plains station and direct access to major highways.
“We are thrilled to welcome Acrisure to The Arbors @ Parsippany,” said Jonathan Schultz, co-founder and managing principal of Onyx Equities. “Their presence reinforces the growing demand for modern, amenity-rich office environments that foster collaboration and creativity.”
