Levin Management promotes Ciaravino to director of operations

Levin Management Corp. has promoted Denise Ciaravino to director of operations, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the firm’s property management division.

Ciaravino joined the commercial real estate services firm in 2006 as a property manager and was most recently a portfolio manager. This marks her second promotion in four years.

In her new role, she will oversee operational procedures, manage daily activities of LMC’s property managers, lead training efforts and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

“Denise is a mentor and a leader who has helped guide the growth of our property management team,” said Erika Morasco, vice president of property management. “Her promotion is well deserved.”

LMC CEO Matthew K. Harding said Ciaravino exemplifies the company’s commitment to promoting from within and maintaining high standards of service.

Ciaravino holds a bachelor’s degree in management science from Kean University and earned a Real Property Administrator designation. She has been an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey since 2004 and received its Retail Property Management Professional award in 2023.

“I’m honored to take on this role and look forward to working with our team to streamline processes and maintain the highest level of service,” Ciaravino said.

LMC’s retail-focused portfolio includes 125 properties totaling more than 16 million square feet across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The firm offers a full range of services including property management, leasing, construction management, financial reporting and marketing.
