Karen Kessler is the founder and CEO of Kessler PR Group, specializing in crisis communications, reputation management, and litigation support. With more than 30 years of experience, she has advised high-profile clients across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Previously vice president of corporate communications for the American Stock Exchange, Kessler was also New Jersey’s first female Sports and Exposition Authority commissioner. She was appointed to the New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct and, in 2023, was appointed a commissioner of the New Jersey Motion Picture and Television Commission. Kessler sits on many boards of directors of both public and nonprofit companies.
