Chaya Pamula, co-founder, president, and CEO of PamTen Inc., is a leader in IT solutions and workforce development. With more than 25 years of experience, she has helped businesses optimize technology portfolios while championing diversity in the industry. She founded SheTek, an initiative dedicated to increasing women’s representation in technology, and SOFKIN, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged children in the U.S. and India. Pamula also serves on the board of Metropolitan Commercial Holding Company and advisory councils for Rutgers Business School and Rider University.
