Under her direction, Turtle & Hughes has strengthened its market position and embraced strategic growth initiatives, including a 2023 leadership transition in which she named Luis Valls co-CEO. She has been recognized with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and inducted into the Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame.
