Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti, chief of staff to Gov. As commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation from 2018 to 2023, she managed record-high capital investments and played a critical role in major transportation projects. She previously led Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and spent more than 20 years at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, overseeing key expansions and operational improvements.
