Debra Tantleff is the founding principal of TANTUM Real Estate, a Jersey City-based certified Women’s Business Enterprise specializing in multifamily and mixed-use developments. With more than $2 billion in construction projects and more than 7,000 residential units developed, she has been a driving force in shaping New Jersey’s real estate landscape. Before launching TANTUM, Tantleff served as vice president of development at Roseland Property Co. Her expertise in urban development and housing policy has made her a respected industry leader. In 2024, Tantleff made history as the first female chair of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) in its 75-year existence, a role she was re-elected to in 2025. Her dedication to real estate, advocacy, and leadership continues to pave the way for women in the industry.
