Adenah Bayoh is the founder and CEO of Adenah Bayoh & Cos. This former Liberian refugee has become a powerhouse in New Jersey’s business landscape, excelling in both the restaurant and real estate industries. She is one of the youngest IHOP franchisees in the country, owning multiple locations across the state, and co-founded Cornbread, a fast-casual soul food restaurant that has expanded its footprint. In real estate, she is set to become the first Black woman to lead a major affordable housing development in Newark’s South Ward, bringing 40 units to the community. Bayoh also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Advisory Council on Small Business and Agriculture.
