The firm services a $1.6 billion mortgage loan portfolio for major life insurance companies. Wilcox has been recognized as one of New Jersey’s Top 15 Influencers in Real Estate and has been inducted into the NAIOP NJ Hall of Fame. Beyond her business success, she founded the Daniel J. Wilcox Memorial Fund, supporting children in need. In business for about 30 years, she recently welcomed her two children into the firm, ensuring a strong future for the company she built.
