iCIMS, a leading provider of talent acquisition software, has named Christine Mills as its new chief revenue officer. She will lead the company’s global sales and partnerships teams.
Mills brings extensive experience in human capital management and SaaS companies. Most recently, she served as vice president of enterprise sales at Kalderos, a drug discount management platform. Prior to that, she was CRO at Dataminr, an AI platform company, where she oversaw growth across North America, EMEA and APAC.
“Christine has an exceptional track record of growing organizations and a deep understanding of the HR technology sector,” said iCIMS CEO Jason Edelboim. “Her strategic vision and passion for building high-performing teams will be invaluable.”
Mills said she looks forward to building on iCIMS’ position in the market and helping global organizations hire top talent “faster, smarter and at scale.”
