Red Bank-based Denholtz, a privately held investment management firm, has named Alexander Kotlyarevsky as its new chief financial officer.
In the role, Kotlyarevsky will oversee the firm’s financial strategy, planning, compliance and business intelligence functions as it continues to grow its national commercial real estate investment platform.
He previously served as CFO of CRM Residential, a multifamily property management firm with more than 11,000 units nationwide. His background also includes senior finance roles at Premier Developers, Maxx Properties, AR Global Investments, Cushman & Wakefield and Saks Fifth Avenue.
