NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. promotes Marc Shein to executive vice president

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has promoted Marc Shein to executive vice president, recognizing his leadership in New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector. Shein has been one of the firm’s top three producers for the past three years and has played a key role in the company’s growth across industrial, office, retail and land transactions.

A Somerset County resident, Shein has closed several notable deals in recent years, including the sale of a 69,750-square-foot supermarket-anchored retail center in Middlesex, a 21,929-square-foot retail center in Edison, a 49,000-square-foot office building in Manalapan and 72 acres in Branchburg for residential development.

“Marc’s collaborative style and client-first focus have made a major impact on our firm,” said David A. Simon, chief operating officer of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.

Shein joined the Woodbridge-based firm in 2014 and was recently named one of the top leasing brokers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
