Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. announced Monday a multi-parcel auction of properties in three counties. The parcels in Burlington, Sussex, and Hunterdon counties will be offered in an online auction beginning at 9 a.m. EST on April 28 and close at 1 p.m. on April 30, via Max Spann’s online bidding platform. Bids will be accepted on a variety of redevelopment sites, mixed-use properties, and land parcels.
“This multi-parcel auction offers investors the chance to secure high-value properties in key markets,” said Max Spann Jr., president and CEO of Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co.
These properties will be offered:
- 524-526 High Street, Burlington City, Burlington County – A 0.258+/- acre mixed-use redevelopment site across from city hall. The potential commercial and residential development of this site is key to revitalizing Burlington City’s downtown. The city-owned lot has public water and sewer, natural gas, and electric. Burlington City is designated as an Opportunity Zone, and as such offers tax incentives for investments aimed at economic development.
- 11-17 Harrison Street, Sussex Borough, Sussex County – A 1.82+/- acre site owned by the borough had been used as a parking lot for the town’s theater. The lot is zoned mixed-use, suitable for high density apartment development or a combination of office, retail, and apartments. Public water, sewer, natural gas, and electric are available.
- 1520 Route 22, Clinton Township, Hunterdon County – A 2.45+/- acre vacant lot with more than 1,000 feet of frontage on Route 22 is located at a signalized intersection. The commercial zoning allows for many uses, including retail, professional and medical offices, restaurants, child-care facilities, and commercial nurseries and greenhouses.
