Value Companies appoints new leasing and marketing manager

Value Companies has hired Cheryl Byrne as its new leasing and marketing manager, the company announced.

Byrne will oversee sales, marketing and building management for the firm’s new construction projects, with a focus on lease-ups and community development initiatives. She brings experience in strategic planning, event marketing and tenant engagement.

Before joining Value Companies, Byrne served as director of sales and marketing at Skyline Development Group, where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiated leases and led leasing teams through project launches and day-to-day operations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Cheryl to the Value Companies family,” said Matthew Mirman, executive vice president of Value Companies. “She brings expertise, leadership and a proven history in lease-ups, sales and resident retention. Cheryl’s impact will be felt immediately.”

Byrne holds a degree in business management and is an active volunteer with New Jersey Angels, a nonprofit supporting foster families in Morris County. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of one.
