Orpical Technology Solutions, based in Voorhees, has acquired Martineau Media, a boutique branding and creative agency located in Royersford, Pennsylvania.
The acquisition supports Orpical’s strategy to grow its creative service offerings and strengthen its position as a partner for growth-stage and enterprise-level companies focused on brand development in digital markets.
Founded by Amy Martineau, Martineau Media has built a reputation for delivering high-impact branding solutions, including brand systems, messaging development, design collateral and creative consulting. The agency is known for its strategic, client-centered approach and polished visual identity work.
“We couldn’t be more excited about this partnership,” said Stefan Schulz, co-founder of Orpical. “Amy impressed us from day one with her authenticity, precision and creative process. She brings the kind of energy and excellence that defines our culture. Bringing Martineau Media into the Orpical family enhances who we are and strengthens what we can offer.”
Martineau Media will continue to serve its clients with the added infrastructure and resources of Orpical’s broader platform. The deal also gives Orpical’s client base access to an expanded suite of branding services.
“This move is about impact and scale,” said Martineau. “Our team has always focused on relationships, creativity and delivering exceptional design with a strategic foundation. With Orpical’s backing, we can elevate that work and bring it to more people and brands. It’s rare to find a partner that leads with both heart and hustle—Orpical does both.”
Orpical, which serves clients ranging from startups to large enterprises, has built its reputation on driving results through technology, branding and consulting. Company leaders said the acquisition deepens its creative talent and positions it to enter new markets that prioritize brand authenticity and emotional connection.
“This is part of a broader and aggressive growth strategy that will shape Orpical’s next decade,” said Edward DuCoin, co-founder of Orpical. “We’re following a clear, data-backed path to significant valuation. Amy’s professionalism and client relationships are invaluable assets. She makes Orpical stronger from day one.”
