Larken Associates earns trio of SAM Awards at Atlantic Builders Convention

Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, was recognized with three Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards at the 37th annual Atlantic Builders Convention, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association.

The SAM Awards, presented annually, honor New Jersey’s most creative and effective marketing efforts in the residential building industry. This year marked the fourth time Larken Associates has been recognized at the event.

The company won Best E-Brochure and Best E-Blast for its marketing campaign promoting The Ridge at Readington, a 254-unit luxury multifamily community located in Whitehouse Station. The Ridge features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes and is designed to offer resort-style amenities in a scenic suburban setting.

Melissa Nascimento, executive vice president of marketing, was named Leasing Marketing Director of the Year (Rental Communities) for the second consecutive year — a testament to her team’s integrated digital strategies and leasing success.

“It’s an honor to be named Leasing Marketing Director of the Year for the second year in a row,” Nascimento said. “I am privileged to lead an incredibly talented team who continues to execute effective, integrated strategies that drive results. I want to thank the NJBA for recognizing us and our work.”

David Gardner, president and CEO of Larken Associates, praised the company’s in-house marketing team for their continued innovation.
