Robert N. Holup joined Riker Danzig LLP as an associate and will be practicing in the firm’s trusts & estates and commercial litigation groups.
Holup serves on the executive committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. He was chosen as a fellow for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2023-2024 Leadership Academy, a year-long program that aims to develop leadership skills.
Previously, Holup served as deputy attorney general for the state of New Jersey, in both the Consumer Fraud Prosecution section, where he represented the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, and the Professional Boards Prosecution section.
Holup earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2016. After law school, Holup was a law clerk to Judge Walter Koprowski, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, from 2016 to 2017.
