Begala named general manager of customer service at Casio America

Michael Begala was named general manager of customer service for Casio America, Inc. Casio America markets calculators, keyboards, mobile presentation devices, disc title and label printers, watches, cash registers and other consumer electronic products.

As general manager of customer service, Begala will oversee all aspects of Casio’s customer support organization across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In his new role, Casio said Begala will “concentrate on enhancing product knowledge, optimizing response strategies, and cultivating a performance-driven culture.”

Begala previously served in leadership roles at Toshiba, RCA/Thomson, Denon, Marantz, Boston Acoustics and Sweetwater Sound. Casio credited Begala with playing a key role in scaling service operations for companies.
