The Campbell’s Company announced executive leadership changes Tuesday, elevating Elizabeth Duggan to president of the company’s Snacks division and appointing Janda Lukin as its first chief growth officer.
Duggan, currently SVP and GM of Campbell’s Canadian business, will assume her new role on May 12. Lukin, who has served as chief marketing officer for the Snacks division since 2019, will step into the newly created growth-focused position effective June 2. Both will report to Campbell’s President and CEO Mick Beekhuizen.
“Elizabeth and Janda are the right leaders to drive our strategy and take our performance to the next level,” Beekhuizen said. “They have each played pivotal roles in transforming Campbell’s over the last several years.”
Duggan joined Campbell’s in 2019 and has since led major growth initiatives in both strategy and Canadian operations, including successful product launches like Kettle Brand Air Fried chips and limited-edition Goldfish. She previously held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and Home Chef.
She succeeds Chris Foley, who will stay on through July to assist in the transition before departing the company after a 25-year career.
Lukin will oversee Campbell’s enterprise-wide growth strategy, including innovation, insights and analytics, and revenue growth management. A 20-year veteran of the food industry, she joined Campbell’s in 2016 after 14 years with Mondelēz International.
Her team’s work has helped accelerate growth of major brands including Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, and Late July.
Foley, who previously led the Meals & Beverages division and held global roles during his tenure, said the decision to step down comes after “25 incredible years” with the company.
“This company has been a place of growth and a source of endless pride,” Foley said. “I am deeply grateful for the talented teams and the opportunity to contribute to such an iconic business.”
