Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, Tuesday announced a 4,491-square-foot office lease was completed with Redefining Counseling in Elmwood Park. Financial details were not disclosed.
The space is at Elmwood Park Plaza on 475 Market Street in Elmwood Park. MRH Real Estate’s Glen Dulmage, Conor Ryan and Max Troast represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction.
Redefining Counseling calls itself “a trauma-informed mental health practice dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for individuals, couples, children, teens, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community.”
“Mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all—people experience it in such different ways. That’s why we prioritize building meaningful relationships with our clients and creating personalized treatment plans that truly reflect who they are,” said Teran Chartier, clinical director at Redefining Counseling.
Located in downtown Elmwood Park, Elmwood Park Plaza is a four-story, 68,000-square-foot office building near Interstate 80, Route 46 and the Garden State Parkway. The property is accessible via the Hackensack-Paterson-Willowbrook bus line and the Plauderville NJ Transit station.
