Spencer Savings Bank names Minardo vice president, market manager 

Spencer Savings Bank named Antonella Minardo as a vice president, market manager, at the seventh-largest New Jersey-based bank by assets. She will oversee the institution’s financial centers in Elizabeth, Union, Cranford, Westfield, Edison, and Ewing.

Prior to her hiring at Spencer, Minardo was a branch manager at Fair Lawn-based Columbia Bank. She has almost 30 years of industry experience.

Minardo is tasked with developing new, and expanding existing, commercial relationships within her markets. As well, she and her team will also be focused on creating strong community partnerships. Minardo serves as a board member for the Woodbridge Chamber of Commerce and is a committee member on various local nonprofits.

“Antonella is an experienced banking professional with a strong track record of managing successful teams,” said George Celentano, executive vice president and chief retail officer. “Her industry experience and knowledge, as well as strong commitment to community engagement and support, will be an asset in the continued growth of the bank.”
